Provac Cleaning Services Limited are committed to ensuring that your company’s cleaning requirements are met at all times, and therefore we believe that it is essential that a quality monitoring and control procedure form part of a service audit. Provac’s Management team carry out regular office cleaning audits, and if required, management meetings between your client representative and our Contracts Manager would be instigated, where a full review of the previous months standards would be assessed and discussed and given a quality audit marking.

Our site supervisors are also required to assess the standards of their cleaning team at all times and we would expect our independent assessment to mirror the client's view of our performance.

Insurance

Provac Cleaning Services Ltd hold full Public, Employers and Product Liability Insurance, up to the value of £10 million.
